What are non-standard bearings?

1. Definition

Non standard bearings usually refer to bearings that do not meet the external dimensions specified in the standard. Bearings usually produced according to customer requirements have non fixed dimensions and structures.

2. Characteristics

(1) This type of bearing has low universality and is usually used in special equipment and applications, often using small-scale customized production.

(2) Non standard bearings are usually used in research and development equipment or trial products; The manufacturing cost is high and the price is expensive.

3. Comparison with standard bearings

The inner diameter or outer diameter, width (height), and other parameters and dimensions of standard bearings comply with GB/T273.1-2003, GB/T273.2-1998, GB/T273.3-1999 and other standards. The parameters and dimensions of non-standard bearings have non-standard characteristics.

For example:

(1) The other parameters of the bearing are the same, but the inner diameter needs to be 49, while the standard bearing inner diameter is 50. This bearing with an inner diameter of 49 belongs to non-standard products and is usually determined through the bearing size table.

(2) The structure of special non-standard bearings may also vary, such as the required number of steel balls and rollers.
